Frequently Asked Questions

To have an active account, you must be a student registered in the academic system or a staff member (faculty, researcher, technical or administrative) registered in Human Resources.

Note: former students or former staff are considered inactive and will keep an Office 365 account limited to email service with 50 GB of space (licensing conditions subject to the ULisboa Campus Agreement).

If you already have an active ULisboa account, you can access Office 365 with the @edu.ulisboa.pt domain: ACCESS

All FA users have a username (student number for students) and password that allow access to FA IT platforms: Wi-Fi (eduroam), Moodle, Webmail, CIFA room computers, VPN, Cloud, Printing system and FTP (Filezilla).

The Campus@ULisboa account is a University of Lisbon (ULisboa) user account that provides access to shared ULisboa services (e.g. OFFICE 365 - username@edu.ulisboa.pt). It also allows students to access the Fénix academic portal FÉNIX-EDU, where they can view academic history, grades, tuition information, update personal data and manage enrollments. It also provides access to Google Email (username@edu.ulisboa.pt).
More information

For improved security, in addition to the traditional username and password, IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE FA you must use 2FA (TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION), which requires a smartphone (see instructions).

username: FA username (student number)
password: password
2FA: xxx xxx (code generated by the app)

Autodesk provides licenses for all applications to students registered in the academic system and staff (faculty, researchers) registered in Human Resources.
If you are a student, you must provide proof of enrollment or a student card. If you are staff, you must provide proof from Human Resources or present your FA faculty card.
You must create an account on the Autodesk website (SIGN IN)

You will keep access to your email through the same platforms already in use (Google / Office365).

The Office365 account is limited exclusively to email service with 50 GB of storage (licensing conditions subject to the ULisboa Campus Agreement). Therefore, you will no longer be entitled to Office licenses and OneDrive.

The Google account quota is limited to 20 GB (including mail, drive, photos, etc).

When you stop being a ULisboa student/staff member, you will receive an email informing you that you have 60 more days of access to retrieve your content.

After this 60-day period, if you exceed your quota limits, your account will be blocked until the situation is regularized.

The @edu.ulisboa.pt and @campus.ul.pt accounts are the same account (@campus.ul.pt has been discontinued) and are managed by Google. The @office365.ulisboa.pt accounts are managed by Microsoft. Each account has its own associated services, such as email or drive, and access to Office 365 licenses.
